Hime Gyaru, Love it or hate it?

This is one of my most favourite styles from Japan, which such passion, beauty and attention to detail Hime Gyaru crosses all the boxes to me for beauty and perfection. The name Hime Gyaru "姫ギャル" is translated to "Princess Girl" and the style is in the name, more or less it is dressing like a princess.

The style is not pretentious, it is simply inspired by the look and idea of a princess, I do not think any of these girl actually think they are a princess. If you wear a hoodie with cat ears, do you think you are a cat? It is simple logic.

This style involves allot of beauty, from beautiful hair, widly decorated nails to beauitufl dresses, this fashion spilled out "kawaii" and elegance. The one thing that I love about hime gyaru style is the occational lolita dresses worn by them.

Hime Lolita, is not Hime gyaru, they are two different styles but both are very simerlar and allot of lolita clothing items can be and have been worn by hime gyaru's.

However, not only is the style beautiful so if the lifestyle. This is why I adore it so much the house decoration, the beautiful altered furniture, it is a hobby of mine and currently I am collecting many things to provide a house style (or at leats bedroom) just like this~

Overal to me, Hime gyaru is a beautiful style which I hope to oen day master as my out of daily clothing as its beauty and detail just inspires me~

To end this little tail, I am no exspert on hime gyaru but I did once try out the style but it was more or less casual and the hair and make up, whoch was helped by a lady called Mana-Star. It is because of my trying that my own daily make up is somewhat inspired by the style. The few attempts I have had, are not great but were more of a casual version of the style, however Hime Gyaru as I have said before, is a style I do wish to try out, out of my normal daily lolita fashion.
